What Our Customers Say

If you're looking for a tank supplier that combines reliability, professionalism, and genuine customer care with a bit of fun and personality — look no further than Watertanks R Us, and more specifically, Reya, who is truly the heart and soul of the experience. I recently purchased a 5,000-litre Kingspan slimline tank, and what could have easily turned into a logistical nightmare was transformed into a seamless, even enjoyable process, thanks entirely to Reya's extraordinary dedication and can-do attitude. 🌟 What Set Reya Apart: From our first conversation, Reya stood out. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly — she listened. She took the time to understand my specific space constraints, the urgency of my timeline, and my concerns about access for delivery. Most companies might give you a standard delivery window and leave the rest to chance — but not Reya. 🚚 Going Above and Beyond: We had a very tight deadline due to upcoming construction work, and I was told by several other suppliers that delivering a tank of this size on time — and to a tricky location — was simply not feasible. Reya, however, didn’t flinch. She rolled up her sleeves and got to work. She coordinated with the delivery team, checked and double-checked access measurements, and personally followed up with me every step of the way. She even liaised with my builder to ensure the site was prepped just right. On the day of delivery, when the driver faced a last-minute access challenge, Reya was already on the phone with a backup solution. The tank arrived on time, in perfect condition, and without a hitch — something I genuinely thought was impossible.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
