For a smooth delivery of tanks, we have a few instructions that you need to follow:
Property / job site house numbers should be clearly visible at the front of the property.
The customer will be advised of their delivery including date and approximate time by phone call or txt message.
Water tank/s will be delivered to the front of the property only, or can be left under carport or in garage if easy access and prearranged. If no one is in attendance to receive the tank, they will be left at the front of the property. Once the tank has been delivered, responsibility is transferred to the customer.
No refunds for change of mind or colour/size.
